What is it?
Floors 0–2 — a hacker house in Warsaw where we live and build our startups: Hacklab and Epikor.
Floor −1 — a mini hackerspace where Warsaw founders learn, prototype, and ship MVPs — get first users, early feedback, and learn from each other.
We're fucked. We moved in July 1st and the landlord wants to sell the house. We need €1 000 000. €800k to buy it, €200k to renovate and stand it up. If you care about making Poland Europe's tech epicenter, visit the sponsor page or book a meeting with us directly.
Floors

Sleeping floor. Bunks and dorm space for founders crashing during builds and hackathons.
Full residency floor — founders living where they build. First wave gets first pick.
The social floor. Meetups, demos, long tables, and the room where the house actually gathers.
Event hall for 100+. Talks, demo nights, and the room that runs the house calendar.
Hacklab office and studio. Day-to-day work floor — desks, recording, and shipping in progress.
Expanded production studio and founder workspace. More desks, more builds, more signal.
Outdoor yard and BBQ. Soft entry into the bloc — grill smoke, whiteboards, stranger friends.
Year-round garden kitchen. Soft entry stays; capacity and weatherproofing grow.
Hardware lab below street level, run with Epicor. Solder, CNC, GPUs.
Full hardware dungeon — more stations, more machines, space for bigger builds.
House rules
- 01Bring more value than you take. Think about how you can be useful and what you can give before asking about taking.
- 02Clean up after yourself. Wash every dish you used immediately, put your shit in the trash, don't leave your stuff in random places.
- 03Don't touch other people's shit. Laptops, monitors, cameras, chargers, cables, speakers, lights and so on.
- 04Don't go into residents' private rooms uninvited.
- 05Don't interrupt Hacklab meetings!
- 06Fridge, coffee, and house 24/7 are for residents and Hacklab team. Goblins get the dungeon. Floor 2 is booked guests only. Floors 0 and 1 are residents and Hacklab team, except during events.
- 07Events are the exception. During a public event, guests can be on floor 0 and floor 1. Not floor 2, not overnight, not the fridge. When the event ends, default rules are back.
- 08House daddy's call is final. No courtroom.
- 09Floor 0 is hacklab work. Do not park yourself in a Hacklab office you were not directly invited to.
Mission — The First Wave
> Warsaw has the talent. It never had the room. HACKER BLOC is the room — a brutalist block with Eastern Bloc roots and Silicon Valley ambition, wired for the people who build instead of pitching.
> We are not coworking. We are not an incubator. We are not a theoretical nonprofit. We put our own money, weekends, and power tools into this building, and it shows.
> The first wave is the founding crew: the ones who showed up when the dungeons were still dark, ran cable through concrete, hosted the first BBQs, and shipped the first hackathon before the paint dried.
> Everything here is skin in the game. Sponsors power it, residents run it, and nobody rents a desk — you earn a spot by building things that work.
